The Beginning
How many of you have dealt with a company that cared less about your safety and more about their monetary gain? I've had ADT since 1991, and have given this company no problems; until I found out that my alarm system was wired completely wrong, thus jeopardizing the safety of my family. Instead of assisting me in this matter, Management and crew at ADT decided to lie, manipulate, threaten, and then terminate my service. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission with my complaints. This only angered them more. I find it very appauling that people could find satisfaction in doing such harmful, heartless, cruel things to people. Everything they say, everything you hear about customer service is a total lie. To say that they care about their customers is a joke. These pictures are evidence. This is how they left me.
